— 1/2 oz Bacardi (or white rum)
— 1/2 oz Malibu Rum (or coconut rum)
— 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
— 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
— Garnish with cherry (optional)

Listen, I'm not sure why all of a sudden I'm loving these fruity cocktails, but this one was a HIT! If you like peach flavored anything, you'll definitely enjoy this fun summer cocktail. I also didn't have grapefruit juice, so I substituted something else instead. You can really make this drink your own, my recipe is just a starting point.
