Zucchini
2 Cups Almond Flour
2 Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Almond Milk
Salt
Pepper
Bacon Bits
Ranch
Shredded Cheese
Cut zucchini into bite size pieces
Create Tempura Batter. Combine 2 cups of almond flour, 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl and stir in almond milk until batter reaches a paste texture.
Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium heat
Coat zucchini bites with tempura batter
Fry bites on each size until golden brown
Plate the bites and top with bacon bits, cheese (leave off to, and ranch to taste)
