Loaded Potato Skins


  • 4-5 Russet Potatoes

  • Olive Oil

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • Bacon Bits

  • Green Onions

  • Sour Cream (or omit)










Directions:

-Wash and slice potatoes about 1 inch thick.

-Add potatoes to a baking sheet in a single layer. They can be close together.

-Add olive oil to both sides.

-Bake for 25 mins at 400 degrees

-Flip potatoes and bake and additional 15 mins.

-Take out and top with cheddar cheese and bacon bits

-Bake an additional 5 mins or until cheese is completely melted.

-Remove from oven and add fresh green onions and sour cream, or anything you want to top it with.


This recipe is PERFECT for any game day appetizer or a quick snack for movie night. The toppings are interchangeable and can be customized to taste! With a 10 minute prep time and 45 minutes to cook, this is a quick and easy delicious recipe the whole family can enjoy.
